You can make a return or complaint via your personal account at our website or you can reach by us by e-mail at info@veganova.eu.

We will then reach out to you in 24 hours and agree on the next procedure for dealing with your claim.

If you receive a free product from us as a gift, this product cannot be claimed.

 

Please note, that if you made an order and you will not pick it up or decided to refuse the delivery, we will charge the delivery amout – flat rate of 5,02 €. After we receive the order back in our warehouse, we will send you credit note and money right back to your bank account. This amount will be decreased by flat delivery rate.
