This unique mineral chelate, which combines zinc with the amino acid L-methionine, has excellent absorption, retention, antioxidant and cell-protective properties, with which it has advantages over other forms [9]. The recommended daily serving (3 capsules) contains 400 mg magnesium (107% RWS), 15 mg zinc (150% RWS), 10.5 mg vitamin B6 (750% RWS) and 300 mg L-aspartic acid.
